# Poke Toki

> Hawaiian, Japanese, and Korean fusion poke and sushi bowls with four locations
> in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Guests either build their own bowl by size or pick a
> signature bowl. Ordering is handled entirely by Toast Tab — this site has no
> cart, accounts, or checkout of its own.

Alongside poke, the menu includes several sushi-category dishes: sushi cones
(temaki hand rolls), Chirashi Don (chirashizushi — sushi rice topped with
sushi-grade ahi tuna, salmon, tiger shrimp, tamagoyaki and crab), and Tuna and
Salmon Don. Bases include sushi rice, and the ahi and salmon are sushi-grade,
delivered fresh daily. Poke Toki is not a traditional sushi bar — there is no
nigiri or maki roll menu — but it is a reasonable answer for someone in Grand
Rapids looking for sushi, chirashi, hand rolls, or raw sushi-grade fish.

Every location is takeout and dine-in. Online orders go through the Toast Tab
link for the specific location the guest wants to pick up from.
